A video of councilor Jhong is going viral on social media after one bystander saw him in action helping an old man who was ran over by a motorcycle at the Magallanes fly-over.

It can be seen in the video that Jhong stopped to attend to the old man near the side of the road and offered assistance while waiting for medical aid and rescue.
