1.
Express the pain. Let it
out.
Cry
it out loud. It will help you to lose the bad and negative feelings inside you.
And we know crying is healthy because it is a natural way to reduce stress
that, if left unchecked, can have negative physical effects on the body. It
provides an emotional release of pent up negative feelings and frustrations. So
you need to let it out! Cry out and shout it out if you can.
2.
Stop blaming others. Don’t
play as the victim.
Sometimes,
or maybe most of the time we blame the person who hurt us. It will just stress
you out thinking and being mad about the wrong things done to you. But we
should know that being the bigger person you should not play as the victim.
Instead, grow and be more understanding. Ask yourself why he/she did it to you.
If there’s something you did that cause him/her to hurt you, why just stop
blaming them and think of the positive things that will happen after. You cannot
move on if you always have thoughts from this person.
3.
Try to focus on the
present.
Most
of the people moving on do this. They just focus on things at the present time.
Focus on the things you do daily, the things that will make you productive and
busy. Life does not depend on the person who hurt you. Your life depends on
you. No matter what happens, you should remember that everything is always a choice
and successes do not depend on others. Have some fun, go to gym, and try new
things that you know will help you. Focus on your career. It will surely make
you happy and forget the bad things came to you.
4.
Forgive them.
It’s
hard to forgive, I know. But forgiving somebody will make you free. Free from
hard feelings. By forgiving, you are accepting
the reality of what happened and finding a way to live in a state of resolution
with it. This can be a gradual process—and it doesn't necessarily have to
include the person you are forgiving. Forgiveness isn't something you do for
the person who wronged you; it's something you do for you. Forgive and
forget.
5.
Let go and let God.
This
is the last part but we should all know that praying is the first thing you
need to do when you have problems. We have a big God that could help us in our
problems in life. He is the comforter and peace. Talk to God and I promise you,
you won’t regret it. He will make you free from sadness and eventually will
make you joyful and happy.
